Return Process

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at contact@miloandmink.com.au within the specified return period to initiate the return or exchange process.

  • Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  • Package the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Ship the item back to us.

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If the return or exchange is approved, we will process the refund, store credit or send out the replacement item as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the desired item to you.

If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to contact@miloandmink.com.au, including your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • We accept returns for up to 14 days from purchase.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Exceptions

  • Personalised items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
